About FCCS
Our History
Florida Common Carrier Services was established to provide secure transport services across Florida and to support lawful Special Officer programs for common carriers under Chapter 354, Florida Statutes.
FCCS operates through distinct divisions:
Transport division serving lawful clients through professional, fee-based transport operations, and a
Special Officer division supporting common carriers, their passengers, employees, and property within the statutory scope authorized by Florida law.
Our foundation is built on professionalism, operational integrity, and a clear separation between general transport services and carrier-based Chapter 354 authority.
